If this is you, then this is the right package for you and it is my FAVORITE service to offer because it allows me to become your new BFF and really create an experience where you get the custom wedding you both want with as little stress and panic as possible. We are together every step of the way from the very beginning to the “I do’s”, allowing  you to enjoy the entire process along the way.

Your full service coordination package includes the following:

• A FREE initial meeting where we can get together and see if we are a good fit
• Intake meeting where we discuss all things wedding, including dreams/budget and design to get the ball rolling
• Sourcing of all related wedding vendors including caterers, florists, dj/music/entertainment, officiant, photographers, videographers, stationers, transportation, decor and rental, bartending, complicated ceiling/floral installation setup, decor set-up and tear down, etc
• Detailed monthly checklist 
• Budget creation and management
• Assist with overall theme, including centerpieces, favors, decor items, etc.
• Book and attend 3 venue site visits and up to 3 vendor appointments in each category, if required. Attending additional vendor/venue appointments may be subject to an additional charge
• Assist with negotiations of prices and services with vendors and venues
• Assisting with wording for invitations and all stationery items
• Review of all vendor contracts (Vesta Weddings does not dispense legal advice, but will look over contracts to ensure nothing is missing. If legal advice is required, please consult a lawyer)
• Vendor follow-ups throughout and confirmations of final details
• Manage all planning logistics
• Everything included in the Wedding Day Management package  
• Oversee ceremony and reception decor (setup and teardown not included***)
• Unlimited communication via email/phone/text 
• Monthly check-ins 
• Access to planning templates
• All mileage within a 50 km radius is included. Additional charges will apply if travel is required beyond 50 km of Red Deer, AB
• Last minute pick ups/deliveries can be arranged. Additional time and mileage charges will apply
