You’ve worked hard planning all of your wedding details! Now you can sit back, hand over the final details and let me take over so you can both enjoy the day with peace of mind that everything will run smoothly. 

Your “Month-of” Wedding day management package includes the following:

• FREE initial meeting where we can get together and see if we are a good fit
• Intake meeting, 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date to go over needs, details and expectations and to “hand over” the reigns
• Up to 3 meetings, including a final details meeting one week before wedding date 
• Detailed checklists leading up to the final details meeting to make sure that all of the loose ends are tied up and nothing has been forgotten
• Unlimited communication via emails, phone calls and texts
• Development and distribution of Wedding day agenda and timelines to vendors and VIPs 
• Confirmation of final details with vendors and venue
• Attend final walk-through at venue, if required
• Attend and/or coordinate rehearsal, if required
• Oversee ceremony and reception decor (setup and tear down not included***)
• Assist bride & bridesmaids with getting ready, if requested
• Up to 10** hours of on site supervision and direction of the wedding ceremony and reception
• Assistance with ceremony processional and recessional
• Supervise and assist all vendors and professionals
• Instruct and oversee all duties of wedding party and MC
• Handles all necessary day of payments, including vendor tips
• Supervise and assist with day of photography, if requested
• Coordinate safety and security of gifts and envelopes
• All mileage within a 50 km radius is included. Additional charges will apply if travel is required beyond 50 km of Red Deer city limits, AB
• Last minute pick ups/deliveries may be arranged. Additional time and mileage charges will apply
