The partial coordination package is for you if you want to be hands-on and have begun the planning process, but would like some assistance for the areas you need the most help with or you may only need a few vendor recommendations, some guidance and someone to keep you focused and on budget. 

Your partial coordination package includes the following:

• FREE initial meeting where we can get together and see if we are a good fit
• Intake meeting where we discuss what you’ve already accomplished and prepare and coordinate the remaining details
• Detailed monthly checklist
• Source up to 6 vendor categories, booking and attending up to 3 appointments for each category, if required. Attending additional vendor appointments may be subject to additional charge
• Assist with overall theme, including centerpieces, favors, decor items, etc.
• Review of all vendor contracts (Vesta Weddings does not dispense legal advice, but will look over contracts to ensure nothing is missing. If legal advice is required, please consult a lawyer)
• Vendor payment reminders and follow ups
• Self-directed access to planning templates
• Unlimited communication via email/phone/text (within business hours)
• Monthly check-ins
• Everything included in the Wedding Day Management package  
• All mileage within a 50 km radius is included. Additional charges will apply if travel is required beyond 50 km of Red Deer, AB
• Last minute pick ups/deliveries can be arranged. Additional time and mileage charges will apply
